Donovan Warren

Advisor to Humble Philanthropy

Donovan Warren is the Founder and Managing Partner of Aire Capital Group, LLC. Donovan previously served as an investment associate at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in commercial real estate investments within the greater Los Angeles area. Mr. Warren served in an advisory role working with Ultra High New Worth clients managing the selling and buying of commercial real estate investment buildings. In 2017, Mr. Warren was awarded Marcus & Millichap’s Pace Setter Award, where he was acknowledged for meeting and exceeding high standard of performance. Over the past four years, as an advisor and principal, Mr. Warren has transacted over $275,000,000.

Donovan was born and raised in the greater Long Beach area. He attended the prestigious Long Beach Poly High School where he was a 3-year letterman while being recognized as a high school All-American in football. Mr. Warren accepted a full athletic scholarship to the University of Michigan where he would earn his Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship. As a Three-year starter with the Wolverines, he earned multiple accolades as a Freshman All American and All-Big Ten player before entering the 2010 NFL Draft. During his three-year NFL career, he would play for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Lions, and New York Jets.

Donovan serves as an inspiration and mentor to young men from different lower socio-economic communities throughout the country. He has held several speaking engagements throughout the country and hopes his message will motivate and inspire young men and women looking to make a difference in the world.
